Client: White Cat Design Limited
Problem: To market a specialist and highly experienced, bespoke creative service studio in an overcrowded market place. White Cat Design need to send out the message that they are unique in that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to increase their client's profits through highly creative accountable design.
Market: Targeting customers who appreciate the difference between someone just able to produce a nice looking page and a company like White Cat Design who are able to guarantee that their work will increase profits for their customers as well as make it look good.

Creative Solution 1: White Cat Design use a large mix of marketing methods in order to promote the business. We regularly run very successful, targeted direct mail campaigns to an identified target audience, and have a quarterly newsletter that is sent out to clients and contacts on a subscription basis. We advertise in specifically chosen publications with advertisements that talk directly to and identify with the problems of that particular market, and have produced different price level packages in order to help all sizes of business. Kim is an absolute stickler for brand building and awareness campaigns, and being an extremely environmentally responsible person, ensures that all our printed material is ethically sourced and from sustainable sources.

Creative Solution 2: A bespoke CMS website that follows and builds upon the company brand, and which clearly states the aims of the company itself. On the first level the site gives all the reasons why our work is different from that of our competitors, and how we help businesses to succeed. On the second level the site was designed to be an on-line portfolio. We are able to add, hide or move pages around to deal specifically with one customer's questions, and create monthly offers and items of interest. The site was designed and written by Kim and built by one of our prefered CMS developers.

Creative Solution 3: Social Netwroking. To increase traffic to our website beyond SEO, we run our own Google and Facebook Ad campaigns, as well as using professional networking sites such as Linked In and E-cademy to draw traffic on to the site. We regularly use e-marketing campaigns that are created and run in-house by us to increase our customer base and make seasonal offers that are designed to help businesses of all shapes and sizes.
By far and away the most popular marketing we do that continually draws traffic to our site and builds brand awareness is Kim's shameless exploitation of our logo - the company cat! What began as a humourous column our first client newsletter has become so popular that 'the cat' has his own regularly uppage on our website and makes daily contributions to the world via Twitter. We have since been forced to give him his own email address in order to keep up with emails from his many fans!
