Client: Icon Interiors. Offices in WInchester, London and Somerset.
Problem: To highlight the unique difference of the Icon's services from that of other interior designers - i.e. that they are lighting and sound system experts, and are therefore able to start projects working off plans with the architects and builders.
Market: High-end residential and the professional services of house builders and architects.

Creative Solutions 1: Having identified the market that the client wanted to reach, the most important task was to re-design their existing insufficient website so that it clearly showed, through the use of highly creative design and layout, the unique and exclusive services on offer. It had to appeal to top-end professionals such as architects and property developers, as well as be able to build aspirational desire in private, residential clients. Kim came up with web designs that delighted the client, and sub-contracted the site build to a preferred web developer.

Creative Solutions 2:
In order that the client could continue to highlight the quality of the services on offer, Kim produced a branded presentation for use in meetings. The 20 page, A3 document was supplied to the client as print-ready PDFs on CD. In this way the client can print them out as and when they need them, negating the need to store boxes of unused print or of  future print wastage down the line. This method is not only far more sustainable, but also means that in instances where face-to-face meetings aren't possible, the presentation can be sent on CD.

Creative Solutions 3: The client possesses a large database of contacts, so Kim created a 4 page newsletter that carried generic and specific information that wouldn't date quickly. This has meant that the same newsletter has been used for 2 years without the need for changes. The same artwork file has been re-printed twice by local printers and is sent out by Icon Interiors to all their new contacts and freshly identified targets. The newsletter also doubles up as a small brochure so that the client always has a professional, quality product to hand out at networking events.
